Everyday Hair Routine
IMPORTANT *** I do NOT blow dry my hair everyday. A lot of the time I take a shower at night so my hair dries naturally. what does the keratin mist do? and do you brush your hair out before you start drying it?
@iheartjuicyxo keratin is the protein that your hair is made out of. The mist contains keratin to help protect and restore hair. I usually dry it a little but before brushing it. It’s really fragile when wet so it get damages easier if you brush it wet.

You should try and put the silk infusion in when your hair is wet. It makes your hair really shiny and it is a heat protector for your hair dryer and staightner. Thats what I do anyways..
do you put it in sections everyday? or everytime you straighten your hair?

using heat protectent is great before you use a flat iron but you should also remeber to put it on before you use a blow dryer as well because this is alot of heat on your hair too and it will make your hair healthier
