I got a conair professional ceramic straightener for Christmas and I used it yesterday but I didn’t wash my hair. It worked fine but I am going to take a shower shortly.. and I am wanting to know if I have to dry my hair first? If anybody knows please post !

The conair is too weak to do anything on wet hair. Now if it were a CHI I’d say sizzle away
Yes, you should dry your hair first. Besides the safety issue of using an electrical appliance on wet hair (an appliance that was not designed for that), it’s really damaging to your locks. So you’ll want to blow dry first… Have fun, look great!
It should be used only on dry or very slightly damp hair.
You should really dry your hair first. The heat is strong on the straightener and will break and damage your hair
